Where any term of the offers or promotions have not been fulfilled by eligible account holders, are breached, abused or there is any evidence of a series of bets placed by a customer or group of customers, which due to a deposit bonus or any other promotional offer resulted in guaranteed customer profits irrespective of the outcome, whether individually or as part of a group, SunCityMobi.com reserves the right to withhold, cancel or reclaim the bonus plus all winnings. 5. Before the promotional rollover requirements are met, the deposit amount plus the Bonus and any winnings attributable are not allowed for withdrawal.
   1. if a member has applied for a promotion bonus, but before the bonus has been credited in his account:
      1. His account balance is deemed insufficient to complete the bonus rollover requirement; SunCityMobi reserves the right to ask the member to top up the balance or make a fresh deposit of the same amount before the credit of the bonus is done.
      2. He makes a withdrawal request; SunCityMobi reserves the right to reject the withdrawal due to non-fulfillment of the rollover condition of the promotion. A member can make another request for withdrawal once the rollover condition has been satisfied.
   2. Likewise, when a promotion bonus is credited in a member account and he subsequently places a bet or more,SunCityMobi will not entertain his request to cancel or withdraw the bonus in order to allow him to make a withdrawal, unless he fulfills the required promotion rollover first.
6. Only wagers that generate a win/loss return will contribute to the promotional rollover requirement. Cancelled or void wagers or draw bets will not be counted.
7. Any bets placed on two opposite sides or draw will not be taken into the calculation or count towards any rollover requirement.
8. Bets made below (Decimal odd 1.5; Hong Kong odd 0.5; Malay Positive Odds 0.5; Indo Odd -2.0; US Odds -200) and void, tie, cancelled, or made on opposite sides with same outcome will not be counted towards the rollover requirements.
9. SunCityMobi reserves the right to ask any customer to provide sufficient documentation for us to be satisfied in our absolute discretion as to the customer's identity prior to us crediting any bonus to his account.
10. By participating in the Promotion, the customer agrees to release, discharge and hold harmless, the Company, SunCityMobi, their legal representatives, their affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from any damage incurred or losses suffered or sustained, whether directly or indirectly related to the Promotion.
11. SunCityMobi further reserves the exclusive right, exercisable in its sole discretion, to modify, alter, discontinue, cancel and/or void this promotion at any time without any notice.
12. In the event of any discrepancy between the meanings of Non-English versions of these Promotions the Specific Terms and Conditions, the meaning of English language version shall prevail.
13. This promotion is valid only where allowed by applicable local or national laws, and where persons may legitimately qualify to participate under applicable laws. The customer acknowledges that SunCityMobi operates from a jurisdiction where it is licensed, regulated and legally permissible to make such promotions, and that SunCityMobi makes reasonable efforts not to promote in prohibited jurisdictions or to customers in, or from prohibited jurisdictions. It is solely the customer's responsibility to ensure compliance with their applicable local or national laws before participating in SunCityMobi's promotions. By participating in such promotions, the customer warrants that he has sought legal advice and/or is sufficiently familiar with applicable laws to verify that his participation is not contrary to such laws.
